This is a great outfit run by people that are first and foremost car guys who are knowledgeable about the type of cars they sell and IMO have great taste in spec etc. - their showroom stock demonstrates this. The entire process of buying the new car and part-exchanging my previous car was made incredibly simple and smooth by Joel. We agreed on a very fair deal and never felt as though I was being rushed or pressured to buy. The service provided was unquestionably the best car buying experience I have had and will definitely be going to Rom Motors first when I'm in the market for a new car in the future. I love my new BMW 440i and very thankful to Joel for getting me into it within a week.

I found the spec Cupra I wanted at ROM Motors on Autotrader and called to enquire. I dealt with Joel from start to finish and can't fault his customer service whatsoever. Professional, prompt at replying and knowledgable. Within 5 days I'd been to see the car, reserved and collected it. Very impressed with the turn around time, nothing was too much trouble for them. The paintwork of the car was in a poor state due to where it had been before ROM but Joel assured me this was because it hadn't yet received their detailing treatment and that on collection day it would look completely different. Needless to say when I collected the car the paintwork had been completely revived and the "˜pop' of the metallic black was back. Great experience buying from ROM and when I change the car I'd definitely look to buy from them again.

Unfortunately missed out on a great car, waited to long to pull the trigger. That being said this is the best place I have been to purchase a car. Gareth is a genuine down to earth guy who has a good understanding of cars an what their strengths and weaknesses are. He can give you a very knowledgeable and accurate conversation and experience when buying one of the special machines they have. Really would go out of my way again (drove from wales) to try an get a car from these guys.

Rang Saturday afternoon to arrange a viewing, driving from West Yorkshire said I wouldn't get down till gone 4 to which I was told wasn't an issue would wait for me and view the car. Friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. Spending this kind of money on a car creates its own pressures. But From viewing online, arranging a test drive and their patience whilst my finance company delayed things made this such a positive experience. I came to Rom Motors after seeing a gorgeous BMW 435D M Sport they had for sale. Upon arrival, Gareth was only too happy to show me around the entire vehicle whilst answering all of my questions with clarity. We took it out for a thorough test drive and within an hour I was driving it back home! Bought a BMW from this trader, the car was exactly as deccribe on the ad. Even offered me fair price for my part ex, even offering me more time to try and sell it privately don't get many traders willing to do that. After buying the car noticed a few bits not working well washer jets and tyre pressure low, called him to advise 2 months later it was no questions asked without any trouble he picked my car up from home got it fixed and dropped it back washed and vacuumed. No charge. Would recommend him to friends and family, descent chap and I've not had a good experience buying from traders. He's restored my faith

From the initial meeting Rom Motors was not your typical car Garage. He booked me into his unit had the car there ready for viewing, he then took me for a test drive and demonstrated the car to me in a professional manner. No pushy sales tactics he agreed to save the car for 7 days whilst we thought about it. When we purchased it he again made it a very straight forward transaction. From the initial phone call to me making the purchase this was a very professional experience. You arrange a viewing by phone so the car was waiting all valeted so looking at its best. I was given the keys and not pressured in any way or rushed. The test drive went well and we went further than I had so planned so I could enjoy the ride. I had a trade in and was offered a better price than previous dealers. I also negotiated a better price than advertised which I was more than happy with. I arranged to collect the car 3 days later and everything was sorted and waiting for my arrival. I have been looking for this car for many months and so pleased with my purchase.
